Defensive Concealed Pistol

This class is designed for the average/ Intermediate CCW permit holders that wish to become highly proficient in safe weapon handling and the ability to use your weapon with the practical application of self-defense. Stop training to pass your qualification and start training for real life self defense situations.

In this course you will be introduced to advanced techniques that will enhance your existing skill set and increase your performance. There will be drills designed to push you out of your comfort zone while implementing the practical application of self-defense so that you can process information and make the right decisions in a stressful situation.

  • Safety/Med Brief

  • Mindset

  • Pre attack Indicators 

  • De-escalation

  • Equipment/ gear setup, placement, and considerations

  • Drawing the weapon from concealment proficiently

  • Holster setup and techniques to access your weapon when sitting and or inside of the vehicle. 

  • 7 fundamentals of shooting

  • Precision marksmanship

  • Combat marksmanship

  • Emergency/ Tac reloads

  • Malfunction clearing

  • Retention shooting techniques for close quarter engagements

  • Off lining drills 

  • Use of cover and concealment

  • Multiple target engagement

  • Positive Identification and back drop considerations when engaging

  • Debrief 

  • Moving And Shooting


Required Equipment:

  • Semi-auto pistol

  • Holster IWB “Appendix carry recommended” Kydex holsters ONLY, NO leather or nylon holsters.

  • 3 magazines

  • The ability to carry one spare mag ( sidecar, neomag, belt mounted mag carrier)

  • Eye and ear protection (electronic recommended)

  • Appropriate range attire (no open toe shoes or low-cut shirts)

  • Hat

  • Lunch & water

  • Pen & paper
